NATURAL BEEF


ABOUT OUR BEEF ANIMALS:

At Owl's Ridge Farm our beef is raised naturally - meaning we use no growth promoting antibiotics or hormones. Our animals are raised on grass, hay, and grain and have continuous access to pasture. Our herd is a combination of purebred and crossbred Hereford, Angus, and Normande cattle.


ABOUT OUR MEAT:

When our beef is butchered it is naturally aged to ensure high quality in taste and tenderness. The beef is also fully frozen in cryovac packaging.


PRICING:

Unlike store pricing, our prices do not fluctuate daily. Our meat prices are determined annually as we evaluate the cost of raising the animals. Bulk orders (whole/half/quarter) are available at a discounted price.


AVAILABILITY:

Bulk orders (whole/half/quarter) are filled first and any remaining meat will be sold as individual cuts. We will begin taking bulk orders in December- please let us know if you are interested. A deposit will be required to guarantee your order.


Individual cuts of beef are available from the farm on a first-come first serve basis.
